1. About Roxanne

Roxanne (www.roxanne.be) is an online platform operated by DroidBender BV ("Roxanne," "we," "us," "our"). Roxanne is a paid advertising platform that allows verified adult professionals to publish personal service advertisements. Roxanne is not a service provider, not an intermediary, and not an agency. We connect no parties. We carry no liability for any interaction between an Advertiser and a Visitor.

Key definitions:

  • Advertiser: A natural person aged 18 or over who has successfully completed mandatory identity and age verification and uses the platform to post advertisements for their own personal services.
  • Visitor: Any person who accesses the Roxanne platform without an active Advertiser account.
  • We/Us/Our: DroidBender BV, registered in Belgium, operators of Roxanne.

2. Eligibility and Access

  • The Roxanne platform is strictly 18+ only. Before accessing any content, you will be asked to actively confirm that you are at least 18 years of age via the age verification banner. By confirming and continuing to use the platform, you agree to these Terms.
  • No minors may access, view, or use any part of this platform.
  • Every Advertiser must successfully complete mandatory identity and age verification (Royal Decree of 18 May 2024) before any advertisement is published.
  • One account per verified natural person. Accounts are non-transferable.

3. Advertiser Rules

3.1 Personal Use Only

Advertiser accounts are strictly personal. You may only advertise your own personal services. Posting on behalf of any other person, agency, or third party is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination, credit forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

3.2 No Third-Party Posting

Third-party posting, agency posting, and managed posting services are absolutely prohibited. DroidBender BV has zero tolerance for this policy. Any advertisement found to have been placed by a third party will be removed immediately and the account permanently banned.

3.3 Content Requirements

  • All content must be authentic and self-representing.
  • No impersonation of any kind.
  • No fake, filtered, or stolen photographs.
  • No posting of direct contact information (phone numbers, email addresses) within advertisement text or images.
  • Content must comply with all applicable Belgian laws at all times.

3.4 Content Rights

By posting content on Roxanne, you grant DroidBender BV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Roxanne platform. You confirm you own all rights to the content you post.

4. Zero Tolerance Content

The following are absolute prohibitions. Violation results in immediate removal, permanent account ban, credit forfeiture, and mandatory reporting to Belgian law enforcement authorities:

  • Any content involving minors (persons under 18).
  • Content promoting, depicting, or facilitating human trafficking, sexual coercion, or exploitation.
  • Content involving non-consensual acts.
  • Any content that is illegal under Belgian law.

Mandatory Reporting (Art. 7, Royal Decree of 18 May 2024): Roxanne is legally obligated to report any suspicion of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or the abuse of minors to Belgian police or judicial authorities without delay.

5. Payments and Credits

5.1 Credits System

Advertising on Roxanne is purchased using a credit system. Credits are pre-purchased and applied to activate listings. Credit prices and packages are set out on the platform at time of purchase.

5.2 Right of Withdrawal and Sales Policy

If you are acting as a consumer (i.e., outside any trade, business, or professional activity), you have a statutory right under Belgian law (Code of Economic Law, Book VI) to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

However, by completing a credit purchase on Roxanne you expressly request that the digital content (credits) be made available to your account immediately upon payment confirmation. You acknowledge and agree that this immediate execution means you waive your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (implementing Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

Credits already provisioned to your account are therefore non-refundable except as set out in Section 5.3. No refunds will be issued for account bans resulting from policy violations. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining unused credits are forfeited.

5.3 Refund Exceptions

A refund may be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • Verified billing error (duplicate charge or incorrect amount).
  • Complete failure to deliver the paid service due to a confirmed Roxanne platform fault.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@roxanne.be within 14 calendar days of the transaction. Acknowledgement will be sent within 3 Belgian business days. Resolution within 15 Belgian business days.

5.4 Chargebacks

Initiating an unjustified chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Accounts found to have submitted fraudulent chargeback claims will be permanently banned.

5.5 Payment Processing

All payment card processing is handled by PumaPay (www.pumapay.com), powered by PayNovus. Roxanne does not store, process, or transmit any cardholder data. Transaction metadata (date, amount, transaction ID, payment type) is retained for exactly 3 years as required by Article 11, Royal Decree of 18 May 2024.

6. Safety and Reporting

Roxanne takes the safety of all individuals seriously. The following resources are available to anyone who needs them:

7. Liability

  • The platform is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or error-free operation.
  • DroidBender BV is not liable for any user-to-user interactions, agreements, or outcomes.
  • Users indemnify DroidBender BV and hold us harmless for any losses, claims, or liability arising from their own violations of these Terms or applicable law.
  • Our total liability in connection with the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 3 months.

8. Amendments

DroidBender BV may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Advertisers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.

10. Governing Language

These Terms are available in English, Dutch, and French. In the event of any conflict between the versions, the English version shall prevail.
