1. Our Standards

Roxanne is a trusted, premium Belgian platform. Every person who advertises here has been verified. We expect every Advertiser to act with honesty, respect, and full compliance with Belgian law. These Guidelines exist to protect you, other users, and the integrity of the platform.

2. Core Rules for Advertisers

You must be 18 or older. No exceptions.
One account per verified individual. You cannot create accounts for others.
You may only advertise your own personal services. Advertising on behalf of any other person is prohibited.
All content must authentically represent you as a verified individual.
You are responsible for everything you post on your account.

3. Zero Tolerance: Absolute Prohibitions

The following are not warnings — they are absolute prohibitions. Any violation results in immediate content removal, permanent account ban, forfeiture of all credits, and mandatory reporting to Belgian law enforcement:

Minors: Any content involving, depicting, suggesting, or referencing individuals under the age of 18. This includes photographs, video, text, or any other format. Immediate removal and mandatory law enforcement report.

Human trafficking and exploitation: Any content related to coercion, trafficking, non-consensual services, or sexual exploitation of any person. Immediate removal and mandatory law enforcement report.

Impersonation and inauthentic content: Fake photographs (filtered beyond recognition, stolen from others, AI-generated, or not depicting the verified Advertiser). Identity fraud of any kind.

Third-party posting: Posting on behalf of another person, running agency-style accounts, or managing advertisements for others. Zero tolerance.

Contact information in ads: Posting telephone numbers, email addresses, messaging handles, or any direct contact details within advertisement text or images.

Illegal content: Promotion of illegal drug use, violence, criminal behaviour, or anything else that violates Belgian law.

Hate speech and discrimination: Content that discriminates, demeans, or targets individuals based on gender, race, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Harassment and threats: Harassing, stalking, threatening, or intimidating any user or person.

Spam and fraud: Spamming, scamming, fake offers, misleading content, or malicious links.

Scraping: Unauthorised data collection, scraping, or automated access to the platform.

4. Content Standards

Photographs must accurately represent you as the verified Advertiser.
All images and videos must comply with Belgian law.
Pricing or service descriptions must be accurate and not misleading.
Location information must reflect the actual area where you work.

5. Enforcement

Violations of these Guidelines result in the following escalating actions, applied at Roxanne's sole discretion based on severity:

Content removal without warning (for any violation of Section 3 or applicable law).
Written warning issued to the Advertiser.
Temporary account suspension.
Permanent account ban with forfeiture of all credits.
Mandatory reporting to Belgian law enforcement where legally required or appropriate.

Moderation decisions are final. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may appeal by contacting support@roxanne.be within 7 calendar days with full details.

6. Reporting Violations

Every advertisement has a built-in "Report Ad" button. Every profile has a "Flag User" option. Use these to report any content you believe violates these Guidelines.
