Your documents are processed by Veriff, a secure third-party identity verification service. The facial photo used during the check is deleted immediately after verification is complete. Roxanne retains only the confirmation that your identity has been verified, along with the associated verification record, for the period required under Belgian law. Your documents are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than verification.

Can agencies post listings for multiple providers?

No. Roxanne is exclusively for individual, verified providers posting their own listings. One account per natural person, 18 or older, advertising their own services. Third-party posting, agency accounts, and managed listings are not permitted under any circumstances.

How many ads can I post, and what do they cost?

Creating and drafting ads is free — there is no limit on the number of drafts you can create. Publishing an ad — making it live on the platform — requires credits. You can also use credits to boost an ad's position in the listings.

What are Roxanne credits, exactly?

Credits are the currency used to publish and boost ads on Roxanne. 1 credit = €1 (excl. VAT). Available packages: - 10 credits — €10 - 25 credits — €25 - 50 credits — €50

How do I buy credits or boost my ads?

Credits are purchased securely from your provider dashboard. Payments are processed by our payment partner via a fully hosted, encrypted checkout. Roxanne never stores your card details.

How do I edit or remove an ad?

Log in to your dashboard, go to Manage Ads, and update, pause, or delete any listing. Changes appear on the platform within minutes.

How can I stand out as a new advertiser?
